Does the Irrigation Membership include drainage?
The membership includes a drainage system check. Drainage repairs, modifications, or new installations are separate services unless specifically included in an approved offer or agreement.
How many A/C inspections are included?
The A/C Membership includes two system checks per year.
What does "No Emergency Fee" mean?
For memberships that include this benefit, PCL waives the applicable emergency service fee. Parts, labor, repairs, and other services that are not included in the membership may still have additional charges.
Are repairs included in the monthly membership price?
Only services specifically identified as included membership benefits are covered by the monthly membership fee. Additional repairs, replacement parts, installations, and other work are priced separately, with applicable member discounts when eligible.
Can I cancel my membership?
Cancellation, renewal, payment, and other membership conditions are governed by the PCL Membership Terms & Conditions provided at enrollment.
